Under the management of Grace Health Care, at West Hills Health and Rehab it is our mission to be the leader and premier provider of rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and Alzheimer’s and dementia care in West Knoxville.  West Hills Health and Rehab is dedicated to creating unique experiences for each one of our residents in a positive and caring environment.  We now have a 50 bed private suite skilled rehab unit!
