More Info
The Presbyterian SeniorCare Network Washington campus serves more than 500 people daily and provides a full continuum of options including independent living apartments and condominiums, a personal care community, a skilled nursing center and our assisted living community —Woodside Place —which specializes in dementia care.
We view the world from each resident’s perspective. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life for older adults by providing services and living options that promote choice, dignity, respect, self-determination and purposeful living.
We create a collaborative atmosphere that’s as far from an institutional setting as possible. Across our accredited, award-winning continuum of living and care options, we work hard to meet the needs of our residents, no matter where they are in life’s journey. Our team understands how to make transitions easier if and when there may be a need for a different care setting. That’s why we offer various services and care settings all on one campus that can support you or your loved one along life’s journey.
