Walker Rehabilitation is a privately owned, Medicare and Medicaid Certified skilled nursing facility in Carbon Hill, Alabama.  Our facility can accommodate fifty nine residents for either a  short term rehab stay or long term residential stay.  We have a team of medical professionals that will provide excellent medical care with continuity from hospital, to rehab, to home.  This team consists of a physician, nurse practitioner, psychiatrist, physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist,  RN, LPN, and medical social worker. During the recent Covid19 pandemic, Walker Rehabilitation made the decision to invest in the best technology to ensure the safety of our residents, families, and staff.   We are the first and only skilled nursing facility in the State of Alabama to use UVC technology.  The Diversey MoonBeam3 UVC Disinfection Technology uses ultraviolet light to kill pathogens on all surfaces to create a cleaner and safer environment for you and your loved one.
