Services offered consists of; full range Adult Day Centers, In-Home Personal Care Services, an affordable Assisted Living facility and affordable housing which serves individuals with a wide variety of physical disabilities and cognitive impairments. We provide stimulating social and medical model environments responsive to the needs of our members through personalized professional care at a reasonable cost.
