At Primary Care Plus, we understand the unique healthcare concerns of seniors.  Our physicians work harder to keep our senior patients healthy so they can live life to the fullest.   Through our new Primary Care 65+ Program, we take an active role in senior care by not only seeing a patient when they are sick, but also on a regular, preventive basis.  This 65+ program allows our physicians to provide regular screenings to help identify and treat problems early and recommend activities to improve mental and physical health.
