At Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services, we know how important it can be to ensure your loved one is able to maintain their dignity in the privacy of their own home. To accomplish this, we offer a wide array of non-medical personal care services to assist our clients with almost every aspect of their lives. Personal care services can vary greatly depending on the needs of our clients. But whatever those specific needs are, we will ultimately help keep our clients comfortable and feeling as independent as possible. Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, a personalized care plan will be developed and tailored to your family’s specific needs. We will consult not only with you and your loved one, but with physicians and insurance case managers as needed.

Personal care services can include, but are not limited to:
-Bathing
-Grooming
-Toileting
-Hygiene
-Feeding
-Dressing
-Ambulation
-Continence care
-“Tuck-In” service to help with bedtime preparations

Personal care is available on an hourly basis or as part of a live-in plan, 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
