- Three different sizes of unfurnished one bedroom apartments priced at $1,545 (small), $1,795 (medium) and $1,895 (large) per month

- We are staffed for your safety and convenience 24 hours a day

- All monthly rents include 3 hot meals prepared on site a day, 7 days a week

- All monthly rents include all utilities such as electricity, water, gas and trash, cable TV and Wifi

- All monthly rents include weekly housekeeping and laundry services for their sheets and towels

- All monthly rents include activities twice a day, 5 days a week, bible classes, shopping services, parties and celebrations, and assistance in coordinating local transportation needs

- We have a library, an activities room, and an on-site beauty salon/barber shop

- Small pets are accepted for a fee of $25 per month

- Pleasant Villa is a non-smoking community, but we have outdoor smoking facilities

- We are staffed 24 hours a day for your safety and comfort

- This is independent living.  Residents come and go as they please at all times.  Yet we do try to "keep tabs" on everyone, and check on them at mealtimes if we don't know of their whereabouts.
