NHC Place, Farragut was opened in 1998. We service a wide range of patients from those who need assisted living, to those who need a short stay for rehabilitation. Today we have 100 beds in our Health Care Center to accommodate our patients. Patients will receive a range of specialized health care services based on their personal needs.

NHC Farragut just opened Memory Care Assisted Living in our new 60–bed center. Our compassionate, dementia-trained team of dedicated staff members provides ability-centered activities with personal, everyday assistance.
