They don't deserve one star I purchased the scooter from them just a little over year ago and it is now out of warranty and it is not a repair that it needed it was maintenance and I ended up fighting with them because they were trying to charge me $150 when there was no parts needed it was strictly maintenance and Mr. wheelchair actually fixed it for me for free when he said he should've charge me a service labor charge. Because I Didn't purchased it from him which I understand. Marx medical is a rip off all they want to do is make the sale then it's a nightmare to get them to service the equipment and the first thing they did was blame me and said it's not a warranty situation it's in and use your situation so I would have to pay and Mr. wheelchair did it for free
