I was really excited to put my mom here. The amenities seemed endless--online, that is.. the reality is that this place is nothing more than your average skilled nursing facility. They do have a few nice areas with stone fireplaces and decorative fixtures but that's about it. The "24 hour menu" doesn't exsist. If you get hungry while visiting a loved one, you'll need to leave & find a drive-through because there's no cafeteria. The "coffee shop" is a pot of stale coffee they change once a day. The rooms look like any other hospital room. The nurse call button is pointless considering it's not an intercom. But if you do push the nurse button, expect to wait 15-30 for a CNA to hatefully ask you what you need, before explaining that they can't/don't/won't do whatever it is you needed. They must stay understaffed because I haven't met the first employee who seemed like they enjoyed working here.
Don't bother asking for anything because they will promise it, then forget it, then explain why they can't get it. And last but not least - no one here knows the wifi password so I'm assuming they don't halved that either!
