At Jefferson Park, our residents and community are our driving force, and we are committed to serving them with the best skilled care and rehabilitation serves possible. Each of our residents comes to us with different physical, medical, and emotional needs, and our team works to meet with residents where they are in their journeys. We offer a wide variety of services including therapy, rehabilitation, long-term care, and respite care. As a certified skilled nursing care facility, we can offer a vast array of both in-patient and outpatient services that ran from mental health services to telemetry.

Unique to our facility is our Green House Homes, a non-traditional approach to living in a skilled care facility/nursing home. With a more homelike environment, each of the homes includes 10 private rooms with bathrooms, a common hearth area with a fireplace and entertainment, and an open kitchen and dining area.

With a backdrop of the Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee, Jefferson Park is more than your traditional nursing home. We strive to create a facility that is warm and as home-like as possible, and we offer a variety of inpatient services, as well as outpatient services.

In our Legacy building in Dandridge, Tennessee, elders are welcomed into the door with a hearth and community sitting area that boasts a bird aviary. Elders have ample opportunities to take advantage of our activities such as bingo, crafts, church services, and a crowd favorite--sitting on our front porch. 

Our Greenhouse Homes, the first of their kind in the state of Tennessee, offer residents a more non-traditional skilled care experience through a "person-directed care" methodology.  Each Greenhouse Home consist of 10 private bedrooms/bathrooms, a common living room area with a fireplace, an open kitchen and dining area, and an enclosed patio for outdoor time.

Jefferson Park is excited to announce we are in the process of building a second location in White Pine, Tennessee. Our White Pine location, also a skilled nursing care facility, will have 30 beds in 3 Green House Homes (10 beds per a home) and offer the same services as our legacy facility in Dandridge.
