Immanuel Campus of Care is a CCRC (Continuum Care Retirement Community) housed in Peoria, AZ on fourteen acres. Our campus offers three levels of living. The "Gardens" is our independent community, and the "Manor" is Immanuel's assisted living community which includes our memory care unit. Immanuel’s "Care Center" facility offers three levels of Behavioral Care, Skilled Nursing, and Long-Term Care and is licensed for 228 beds.

Our residents take part in creating their menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner and they have a variety of delightful options to choose from. We also have a full time in-house Registered Dietician that works with our interdisciplinary team to tailor nutritional advice, interventions and follow-up assistance in navigating therapeutic diets, food allergies as well as cultural and religious preferences. At Immanuel we encourage resident preference to enhance quality of life within our continuum of care. Our Culinary Team was awarded an “A” certificate from the Maricopa County Environmental Health Department.
Immanuel is proud to announce we are now able to offer hemodialysis to our residents on campus, and the opening of a physician’s clinic that is open 8AM to 5PM, Monday thru Friday, on call 24/7.
