If I could give no stars I would. Bought a bed for over $1800 as there was the potential need of an ailing family member. I called and discussed this with them and asked about the return policy should they pass away or conditions change. I knew I may not need it but wanted to have it and knew it would take longer than 5 days to get. During our conversation I was informed that if i had to return to not take it out of the box until I was ready to use it and if I did that then they would take it back i would only have to pay shipping.
So finally it turned out I did not need the bed so I emailed them advising I would need to return. I waited over a week with no response. I called them back finally and they informed me that a supervisor would call and find out what the issue was. Later the next day I received a return shipping label and mailed the item back in the original package unopened.
I confirmed the delivery and waited a week for my return. I finally called and was told that they were waiting on the final shipping charges to initiate my refund from the supplier. A week later I received my refund of a little over $1,300. $500+ less that I had paid. I was informed the shipping was over 200 and the rest was a restocking fee.
I challenged the shipping and they later confirmed I was double billed on the shipping and refunded half of the shipping. I was charged about $120 for the return shipping (I checked with UPS and gave the size and weight of the package and was told the shipping would be about $62)
I asked for the receipt of the shipping and asked them to pull the call showing their sales person assured me there was no restocking fee. The have refused to comply or even engage in my request and will not longer respond to me.
I am out over $400 in total due to their poor advice.
