Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Franklin is a 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital that offers comprehensive care for patients who have had stroke, cardiac conditions, surgery, hip or bone fractures and replacements, Parkinson's, trauma, arthritis, generalized debility/falls and many other conditions. Therapy includes Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy. A typical length of stay is 10-14 days and our mission is to help patients return home stronger and as independent as possible. Patients can be admitted from hospitals, LTAC, SNF or can admit directly from home after evaluation. Our patient rooms are all private and we are located at 1000 Physicians Way in Franklin and serve a large geographic area in middle Tennessee.

•Physical Rehabilitation following Stroke and other neurological disorders, cardiac and pulmonary conditions, brain and spinal cord injuries, complex orthopedic conditions and amputations using innovative and advanced rehabilitation therapies and technologies.
• Physical Therapists work closely with physicians, patients and their loved ones to develop an individualized treatment plan to improve their ability to move, improve strength and endurance, manage pain and prevent further disability.
• Occupational Therapists work with patients to develop the skills needed for daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, preparing meals and doing simple housework.
• Speech Therapists work with more than just talking and language expression. It also includes swallowing and cognitive work to improve memory, reasoning, abstract thinking and judgment.
