Najat

The worst company we dealt with was Dignity Memorial. We bought 2 plots and all the arrangements through them in Knoxville and they gave us paperwork stating we can transfer this to other cities where Dignity is available. We moved and found out that we cannot transfer anything to anywhere because Dignity sold the cemetery and funeral home in Knoxville to a private entity. So Dignity’s contract means nothing, all lies.
