At Creekside we have on site caregivers (Visiting Angels) who provide for physical needs and assistance such as med assist, showers, etc. on an incremental hourly basis.  In addition, there is available skilled nurse care from Encompass Health Care that provide both part A and Part B Medicare services as needed, as well as Summit Physical Therapy on site; both paid thru health insurance.
