Caregivers Of Pleasant Grove is a privately owned, Medicare and Medicaid Certified skilled nursing facility in  Pleasant Grove, Alabama. Our facility can accommodate sixty four residents for either a short term rehab stay or long term residential stay. We have a team of medical professionals that will provide excellent medical care with continuity from hospital, to rehab, to home. This team consists of a physician, nurse practitioner, psychiatrist, physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist, RN, LPN, certified dementia practitioner and medical social worker.
