We originally found Careforce to be very helpful in trying to meet my mother-in-laws needs. Then we came back to them with free hours to us, paid for by Aging and Disability. After 6, 7, 8, 9 attempts to get signed up again, no one could help me! They kept saying someone would call me back, but no one did. I kept calling back, emailing, and leaving voice mail to give them the benefit of the doubt - maybe staff shortage?? I told them it appears that you do not want any clients from Aging and Disability. I really don't know what else to conclude. Very disappointed, angry they wasted my time.
