Inaugurated in 1980, and Charleston's first ever hospice, Bridges - Resources for End of Life Realities (formerly known as Hospice of Charleston) is a non-profit organization whose mission for over 30 years has been to provide information, resources and guidance to individuals in the Lowcountry facing end of life realities.
