Our Member Support Representatives (MSRs) are available to serve as a liaison between patients and available benefits. MSRs are employed by Complete Health practices - not health insurance companies - to help remove obstacles between patients and the best care possible. They do this by educating patients on the merits of various insurance plans, hosting informational events relating to preventive care, and working directly with insurance plans to get providers and practices in the best insurance networks. MSRs also serve patients facing hardship situations by identifying assistance programs and helping with the enrollment process.
