Belle Vie Living Center is an 89 bed facility located in Gretna, LA just off Belle Chasse Hwy and Wall Blvd.  We are dedicated to providing quality, compassionate nursing care that meets the changing needs of our residents in New Orleans and the surrounding areas. We provide both long term and skilled nursing care, as well as short term Rehab and Therapy Services in our Private STAR Unit.
