Additional Information
The Alzheimer's Association was founded in 1980 By Jerome Stone with the idea that a national, non-profit organization was required and necessary to fight and put and end to Alzheimer's Disease. Today, with chapters in every city in the United States, the Alzheimer's Association still works dilegently to fulfill that mission. Please contact the South Carolina Chapter to find out how you can get involved.
